Refund Policy

Candidates must read and understand the rules regarding payment and refunds before seeking admission to any course. No disputes regarding refunds will be entertained once the fees are paid.

No fee will be refunded in the following cases:

  • Once the course files or data have been used, read, or opened.
  • If a student’s admission is cancelled or if they are terminated on any grounds.

If your refund request meets the above conditions or our administrative requirements, the amount (after deducting all applicable taxes and levies) will be refunded after an administrative charge of 90% of the order value, whichever is higher.

  • After Approval, refunds may take 10-15 business days to be credited back to your account.
